DESIGN TOGETHER WITH BIM'24

At the "Design Together With BIM" summit aimed at promoting the widespread adoption of Building Information Modeling (BIM) in our country and raising awareness in this field, our founder Beyza Kasapoğlu delivered a presentation focusing on the current importance and necessity of BIM. In her presentation, she emphasized the role of BIM in the architecture and construction sectors, highlighting how projects can be more efficiently planned and managed with this system. She illustrated our commitment to BIM usage at ALAN Architecture and showcased our work in this area through specific project examples.

As part of the "Design Together With BIM" design competition, we conducted workshops where we shared our experiences with students. These workshops focused on collaboration among different disciplines, which is a crucial aspect of the competition. We also discussed practical applications of BIM in the industry. During our presentation, we covered topics such as creating Templates, Collaboration, and Scheduling in the Revit software, providing concrete examples from our projects to illustrate how these topics are used in the industry. Our goal was to provide students not only with theoretical knowledge but also insights into industry practices, helping them better understand the importance and impact of BIM.

In the final segment of the event, which included a competition where our founder Beyza Kasapoğlu served as a jury member, students showcased their projects created in a BIM environment.
